📋 Description

• Independently manage a robust docket of employment litigation from pre-litigation through trial.
• Take and defend depositions with minimal supervision, including experts.
• Represent clients at hearings and court appearances.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, including summary judgment.
• Develop case strategy with supervising attorneys and clients.
• Conduct legal research and produce clear, persuasive writing.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
• Licensed to practice law in the State of California
• 2–5 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff, defense, or government)
• Proven track record of court appearances, depositions, and motion practice
• Proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis, and case management software
