Litigation Counsel

📋 Description

• Manage significant portions of complex commercial litigation matters with increasing independence
• Draft dispositive motions, substantive motions, motions to compel, meet-and-confer correspondence
• Manage discovery processes, including developing strategies, coordinating responses, and handling
• Take and defend depositions and assist with witness preparation.
• Support trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings across complex commercial disputes.
• Handle matters involving multiple jurisdictions and cross-border considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Trial experience and demonstrated experience supporting or managing litigation through significant
• Admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation and cross-border commercial matters.
• Some experience litigating in federal courts.
• Strong legal writing skills, with experience drafting dispositive and substantive motions and other
