📋 Description

• Develop and execute litigation goals and strategies; identify opportunities for impactful action.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the litigation team with guidance and development.
• Review and evaluate legal work for quality, ethics, and alignment.
• Oversee complex litigation: strategy, research, pleadings, discovery, and trial prep.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and legal requirements.
• Develop and manage annual litigation budgets and monitor expenditures.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in litigation and litigation management.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law and substantial experience managing complex civil litigation.
• Proven experience in strategic impact litigation in state and federal courts.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership, including hiring and mentoring.
• Experience managing litigation budgets at program and case levels.
