📋 Description

• Host and present games in a live streaming environment with professional guest service.
• Operate according to Gaming Commission and company policies; follow table schedules and pit-boss
• Communicate with players and manage in-game queries via chat; ensure accuracy with game procedures.
• Attend trainings, participate in promotions, and adapt to new procedures as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code and house rules.
• Report risks or issues to Pitboss promptly and escalate as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED; 21+ years old.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office, email, video chat tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for live streaming.
• Professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment; conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle cards and gaming equipment with repetitive hand movements.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $18 - $23 per hour ($10 base + $8 guaranteed tips + monthly bonus).
