Live Experience Associate Producer - Fever Originals

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Fever Originals productions.
• Oversee construction of permanent or semi-permanent spaces.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, partners, and venues.
• Develop production schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Create production bibles, handovers, and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in live event or entertainment production.
• Strong knowledge of staging, lighting, sound, and logistics.
• Experience budgeting and vendor management; contract negotiations.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a plus.
• Excellent organizational and scheduling skills (Gantt tools).
• Strong communication and leadership across levels.
