• Ensure live replay quality and system readiness for each event.
• Create and deliver training docs for replay staff.
• Develop and refine operational workflows, checklists, reports.
• Identify gaps and push process improvements.
• Monitor hardware with the project team; address issues.
• Act as first-line resolver for software issues.
• Provide feedback to improve software usability.

🎯 Requirements

• Remote support experience with strong troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail in creating and maintaining technical docs.
• Process improvement mindset to drive efficiency.
• Collegiate sports knowledge and interest in the sports covered.
• Problem-solving attitude and desire to grow in sports tech.
• Desirable: industry experience in broadcast A/V.
