📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the 'live' operational quality of replay deliverables, verifying system
• Produce thorough documentation for (and assist in delivering) training programs for college replay
• Create and refine comprehensive documentation for operational workflows, including checklists
• Continuously challenge existing processes to identify operational gaps and inefficiencies.
• Partner with the Atlanta Project Team to monitor system performance and ensure any hardware
• Act as the first level of resolution for operational software issues and challenges before
