• Monitor live chat during selling sessions to ensure a positive, respectful, and engaging environment
• Engage with viewers by pinning comments, highlighting questions, and encouraging participation
• Filter and report inappropriate comments or behavior to the relevant teams promptly
• Enforce community guidelines and platform policies to prevent spam, inappropriate content, or
• Stay updated on new platform features and best practices for live selling
• Uphold a professional and welcoming tone across all live sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in live chat moderation, social media management, customer service, or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Whatnot, or similar platform features and live streaming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain professional and patient during live sessions
• Good problem-solving skills and quick decision-making in a fast-paced, real-time environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
