LMR Application Support & ROL Testing Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide timely technical support to users of the Radio Online application, troubleshooting issues
• Facilitate application training sessions and explain technical processes and solutions clearly to
• Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud-based environments to validate
• Identify, document, track, and manage software defects through Jira, collaborating with the Agile
• Work as part of a mature, focused Agile team to refine and continuously improve the application.
• Develop, maintain, and update ROL system rules and models using JavaScript, including variables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or another relevant
• Experience in application support, software testing, IT operations, technical support, or a related
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems systematically and work effectively with users to
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and procedures
• Comfortable working collaboratively within an Agile development or support environment.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and issue-management tools such as Jira.
