Loan Analyst (6 month contract)

📋 Description

• Analyze loan applications and collect documents
• Contact customers and third parties for documents and updates
• Serve as primary contact through processing and underwriting
• Review documents against credit policy for underwriting readiness
• Meet daily and monthly quotas for new applications
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet goals

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience as Loan Analyst/Processor or 2-3 years in mortgage lending
• Self-starter with strong desire to learn and grow
• Strong computer skills: Word and Excel/Google Suite
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
• Open to feedback and comfortable speaking up in a dynamic environment
