📋 Description

• Review application and rate lock documentation.
• Prepare Berkadia Index Lock Agreement and Commitment; ensure items before rate lock.
• Rate lock Freddie loans; distribute to Mortgage Banker, Counsel, Underwriter, and Closer.
• Coordinate with Closers on commitments, closings, and delivery timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with loan management systems (OmniView).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in similar position.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
