📋 Description

• Review application and rate lock documentation.
• Prepare Berkadia Index Lock Agreement and Commitment for rate lock.
• Rate lock Freddie loans; share details with Mortgage Banker, Counsel, Underwriter, and Closer.
• Coordinate with Closers on commitment, closing, and delivery timelines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Proficiency with loan management systems (OmniView).
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
