Loan Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily loan servicing of an assigned portfolio of CRE loans, acting as primary servicing
• Partner with Fund teams within the Investments Group to onboard and manage repurchase
• Ensure all money movements are funded in compliance with loan documents and company policies.
• Ensure appropriate set-up, maintenance, and closing of all required bank accounts tied to assigned
• Ensure all data and information related to lending activities is entered into loan servicing system
• Coordinate the payment of all pass-through expenditures from related vendors for the assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative or related fields.
• 4+ years’ relevant professional experience working with an investment firm, commercial loan
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Commercial Real Estate experience strongly preferred.
• Strong work ethic; proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
