Loan Officer (Hybrid, in office up to 3x/week)

📋 Description

• Originate purchase-focused manufactured housing loans via Cascade's retailer referral network.
• Consult borrowers on needs, qualifications, and best loan options.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, retailers, and internal teams.
• Manage a high-volume, compliant loan pipeline through closing.
• Drive application-to-submission and submission-to-closing progress.
• Deliver an exceptional borrower/retailer experience with clear communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS license required.
• 2+ years mortgage loan origination experience.
• Experience with manufactured housing and related loan products.
• Strong communication and borrower/retailer consultative skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, compliant loan pipeline.
• Familiarity with LOS and CRM platforms.
