Loan Operations and Treasury/Finance Associate

📋 Description

• Day-to-day loan accounting, including fundings, re-pricings, and payments.
• Daily cash reconciliations and liaison with external custodian/fund administrator.
• Collaborate with capital markets and liabilities on deal structuring.
• Prepare monthly invoices to borrowers and lenders; ensure timely cash flows.
• Track complex interest and fee accruals across funds and facilities.
• Support cash reporting and loan accounting for borrowers and investors.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in loan operations in financial services.
• Self-motivated; able to work across business units.
• Strong credit risk and risk assessment skills.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and cash management.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
