Loan Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Loan Operations team and manage day-to-day execution.
• Ensure SLA adherence, quality standards, risk mitigation, and workflow evolution.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives for accurate, timely, scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.
• Inherit a dedicated team and modernize workflows to scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in loan operations, underwriting or fintech operations.
• 5+ years of people management experience, remote teams.
• Strong command of loan lifecycle ops: verification, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, disputes.
• Hands-on experience with LOS/LMS or similar core servicing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-volume, detail-sensitive workflows with SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage escalations across multiple systems of record.
