Loan Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Run the ops lifecycle: Own order creation, payment link setup, document generation and tracking
• Get deals ready to fund: Work with Risk and Capital Markets to identify what each deal needs, then
• Drive proactive outreach: Chase pending documents, signatures, and delivery confirmations before a
• Surface recurring friction: Document, diagnose, and escalate process failures or product gaps with
• Keep the playbooks current: Maintain and extend documentation for every ops scenario.
• Feed the product roadmap: Partner with Product to map manual touchpoints and shape automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 3 years in loan operations, deal operations, order management, or fintech operations.
• Cross-team coordination: moved information and documents across multiple internal teams and
• Detail discipline: notice missing fields, unsigned pages, or mismatched dates.
• Strong English: Clear, direct written and spoken communication in English.
• Comfortable with numbers: track ops metrics, spot blockers in the funnel, and act on them.
• Automation-minded: experience with or eagerness to use automation or AI tools in ops workflows.
