📋 Description

• Oversee the full loan servicing lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent servicing
• Manage payment processing, escrow activities, data integrity, documentation, and other core
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify operational trends, and implement improvements that
• Resolve complex servicing issues proactively while maintaining a strong focus on borrower
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory servicing requirements, internal policies, and
• Lead audits, reporting, documentation reviews, and risk-management activities while staying current

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of loan servicing experience, including commercial loan servicing experience.
• Previous leadership or people-management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of banking and loan operations, servicing practices, and applicable regulatory
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume operations while balancing speed, accuracy, attention to
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain effective systems
