Loan Surveillance Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze real estate collateral data and financial statements for CMBS/Agency loans.
• Write watchlist comments with market research and borrower notes.
• Manage workflow to deliver watchlists for each deal.
• Coordinate with investors, rating agencies, and clients for timely responses.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to address issues in surveillance reports.
• Lead periodic conference calls and investor meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing and presentation skills for senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and McCracken.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities; web research.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
