Local Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow of properties to meet goals.
• Provide cross-coverage for team and management when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support team with escalated guest/homeowner concerns via email/calls/tickets.
• Build relationships with property owners to ensure clean, maintained properties.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel/hospitality/vacation industry preferred.
• 1-2 years in operational support; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Technical computer skills on laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently.
