📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team through coaching, mentoring, and evaluations.
• Oversee daily operations and workflow for properties; drive efficiency.
• Provide cross-coverage for your team and management when needed.
• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Support the team with escalated guest/homeowner concerns via email and calls.
• Build strong relationships with property owners; ensure properties are clean and maintained.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation, or similar industry highly preferred.
• 1-2 years in operational support roles; housekeeping/maintenance preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a similar industry preferred.
• Technical computer skills with hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices).
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation essential.
• Dependable, self-motivated; able to work independently.
