Local Search Coordinator

📋 Description

• Optimize Local Visibility: Apply local SEO tactics to boost search rankings and overall brand
• Onboard & Configure Clients: Set up new client data within our platform and manage end-to-end
• Ensure Quality Control: Proactively detect, research, and resolve data inconsistencies to preserve
• Support Account Management: Partner with Account Managers to execute local initiatives and resolve
• Manage Multi-Account Projects: Maintain schedules and deliverables across assigned customer

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service, data entry, or time management experience.
• Demonstrated computer savvy with proficiency in MS Excel (advanced Excel skills preferred).
• Strong track record of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience or strong interest in Local Search / Local SEO is a major plus.
