Localisation Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Create and manage localization projects in Jira and internal workflow tools
• Prepare source files for translation and maintain assets
• Ensure accurate file naming conventions, folder structures, and version control
• Assign localization tasks to external language vendors
• Maintain project dashboards and status updates
• Support peak-season issues to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years in localization operations, project coordination, content operations, translation management, or related role
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows and multiple concurrent projects
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Workfront or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders and external vendors
• Familiarity with localization, translation, and digital production workflows; AI literacy
