Localization Design Lead (2D and Video Assets)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Marketing Assets Localization Team (2D & Video)
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor localization requests for on-time delivery
• Oversee localization, adaptation, resizing, and revisions of assets
• Serve as primary liaison between Localization Team and internal stakeholders
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure brand and localization standards
• Drive process improvements and automation in localization workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
• Proven experience leading localization, production, or design teams
• Strong understanding of localization workflows for marketing assets
• Advanced Adobe CC skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere
• Experience with static and video asset localization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
