Localization Design Lead (2D and Video Assets)

📋 Description

• Review incoming localization requests across 2D and video asset types, assign work, and track
• Conduct quality assurance checks on localized assets to catch issues before revision rounds.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, including automation.
• Build and maintain team documentation: guidelines, best practices, process references, metrics.
• Coach and develop the localization team through feedback and skill-building.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal clients across game teams and marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in localizing 2D and video promotional assets.
• Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere
• Solid grounding in design principles: typography, layout, composition, visual communication.
• Proven ability to identify quality and timeline risks in production pipelines.
• Track record of improving localization/creative production processes.
• Leadership experience in creative or localization teams.
