Localization Operations Manager (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Audit and redesign the end-to-end localization and translation workflow from content creation
• Evaluate and evolve use of machine translation and AI-assisted translation tooling, including
• Define vendor and tooling strategy for translation and linguistic quality across language markets
• Design and roll-out evolved processes with cross-functional teams
• Hand off a durable process and toolset by the end of the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Localization Operations Manager
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing localization/internationalization tooling and
• Strong proficiency in AI-native workflows for software development and content management
• Experience with multi-market, multi-language products at scale
• Track record of shipping quality, speed, or cost improvements to localization operations
• Strong stakeholder management across design, engineering, and content teams
