Localization Operations Manager (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Audit the current end-to-end localization and translation workflow for our three main markets, from
• Evaluate and evolve our use of machine translation and AI-assisted translation tooling, including
• Define a vendor and tooling strategy for translation and linguistic quality across our language
• Design and roll-out evolved processes in partnership with engineering, design, product, medical
• Hand off a durable process and toolset by the end of the engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Localization Operations
• Strong proficiency in AI-native workflows as they relate to software development and content
• Experience with multi-market, multi-language products at scale. Italian, French or German
• Track record of shipping quality, speed, or cost improvements to a localization or translation
• Strong stakeholder management across design, engineering, and content teams.
• Comfortable working independently on a fixed-term, outcome-driven engagement.
