Localization Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end localization for 29 languages (assets, terms, testing)
• Coordinate vendor work and content workflows across teams
• Evolve localization quality processes and LQA workflows
• Maintain linguistic assets and improve translation output
• Build localization metrics reports (turnaround, quality, cost per word)
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering for native user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years localization project/program management
• Experience with stakeholders and cross-org dependencies
• Experience with enterprise localization tools (Smartling, memoQ, Phrase)
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication
• Native speaker of one additional language
