Manage end-to-end localization into 29 languages, including asset localization and terminology.
Monitor localization ops; identify and implement improvements.
Run and evolve localization quality processes; build LQA workflows.
Monitor and improve translation quality; maintain linguistic assets.
Influence upstream content operations for context-rich translations.
Build localization metrics reports (turnaround, quality, cost per word).

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of localization project/program management experience.
Stakeholder management and cross-organizational dependencies.
Experience with Smartling, memoQ, Phrase and linguistic assets/workflows.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
Native speaker of an additional language.
