Localization Specialist

📋 Description

• Translate, review, and culturally adapt product interfaces, UX copy, websites, internal systems
• Review localized content directly within the product, checking context, formatting, truncation
• Identify and report technical localization issues, including exposed tags, incorrectly formatted
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical constraints such as character limits
• Maintain and continuously improve Brazilian Portuguese glossaries, style guides, and translation
• Work with international teams in English to clarify context, priorities, requirements, and

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Brazilian Portuguese proficiency, with excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to understand source materials and technical
• Previous experience in translation and/or localization of digital products, platforms, websites
• General understanding of digital products and software development, sufficient to communicate
• Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) concepts, including
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple
