• Participate in training to develop full-cycle recruiting skills
• Source qualified leads via outbound calls, research, and LinkedIn
• Use internal/external tools to build candidate pipelines
• Make outbound calls to identify and build provider pipelines
• Support recruiters by passing qualified leads and submissions
• Build professional relationships with candidates and team
• Meet weekly/monthly performance metrics with guidance

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong drive with a track record of achievement
