Logistics Account Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary operational contact for Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)
• Lead daily, weekly, monthly operational reviews, monitoring KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, improve customer
• Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and implement improvements
• Support delivery of critical Supply Chain KPIs including service levels, forecast accuracy, cost
• Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Commercial teams to develop logistics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing third-party logistics providers across warehousing and/or distribution
• Strong project management capability with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience delivering operational improvements and driving measurable business results
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured approach to root cause analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
