Logistics and Inventory Management Officer

📋 Description

• Oversee receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of recipient phones and assets
• Organize warehouse layout prioritizing secure, efficient storage and retrieval
• Enforce warehouse safety, access-control protocols for phone storage areas
• Track stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or obsolescence
• Coordinate with ICT and OPM to manage IT assets and logistics risks

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management
• Diploma or higher in a related field
• Familiarity with inventory/asset-tracking tools an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, Google suite)
