Daily monitoring of loading and deliveries in a special transport system.
Daily monitoring of expected deliveries in SAP.
Prepare reports for future deliveries using SAP, Excel and transport system.
Declare, confirm and correct ANAF data at the site.
Coordinate documents with foreign factories and share information.
Communicate with carriers and transport-system team about date mismatches.

🎯 Requirements

English mandatory (written and spoken)
Good Excel skills
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Good organization and communication skills
