📋 Description

• Logistics freight cost analysis
• Data collection from finance, logistics, China couriers, and internal systems
• Data analysis to identify problems and opportunities in logistics
• Daily shipment arrangement with China and 3PLs; prepare export/import docs
• Freight rate renewal and update rates in auto-quote system
• Shipping documents filing for customs/tax purposes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree; strong English reading/writing; fluent English preferred
• Proficient in office software; familiar with SAP/ERP/Odoo; Excel formulas
• 8-10 years shipping exp in trading companies or factories
• Knowledge of cargo transport: booking, loading, trucking, customs, B/L
• Knowledge of routes/ports; customs coding, manuals, tax basics
• Data-driven; strong logic; able to analyze complex logistics problems
