Logistics Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery.
• Prepare shipment requests and confirm shipment details, including origin, destination, service
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, parcel carriers, brokers, warehouses, and 3PL partners to
• Track shipment milestones and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, and changes to internal
• Confirm proof of delivery and update shipment records after delivery.
• Support shipment approvals and ensure required information is available before freight is released.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of transportation, freight, parcel, warehouse, or 3PL operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments, priorities, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional communication with
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate operational records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolution.
