Logistics Coordinator II

📋 Description

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments of aerospace parts and tooling.
• Schedule domestic and international freight with carriers and 3PLs.
• Prepare shipping docs (B/Ls, invoices, packing lists, export declarations).
• Ensure shipments comply with ITAR/EAR, FAA, DOT, IATA, etc.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records for reporting and audits.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years logistics in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of domestic/international shipping procedures.
• ERP/MRP familiarity and MS Office.
• ITAR/EAR export compliance knowledge.
• APICS/ASCM or CSCMP certification.
