📋 Description

• Lead regional supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia with focus on customs, seaport, and land
• Manage end-to-end import processes in compliance with Saudi laws and Fasah/ZATCA platforms.
• Navigate a matrix organization, aligning logistics with sales, procurement, and legal teams.
• Oversee complex seaport operations and land border customs for smooth freight movement.
• Travel within the ME region up to 20% to audit vendors and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain shipment visibility and tracking dashboards for regional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive logistics and international trade experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Incoterms 2020, and international trade compliance.
• Strong familiarity with Saudi Customs systems (Fasah) and ZATCA requirements.
• Experience with customs documentation (Bill of Lading, COO, Commercial Invoice) and trade disputes
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
