🎯 Requirements

BS/BA degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience leading people and process
Managing capital shipments through various modes of transport to domestic and international markets
Exceptional communication, tailoring messages to various audiences and organizational levels
Proven ability to operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment
Strong relationship-building skills, influencing stakeholders
Proficiency in ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MS Office, BI
