Logistics & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end import shipments from India to Indonesia (air/sea).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers for timely clearance.
• Track shipments and resolve delays; coordinate inbound replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations, tariffs and trade policies.
• Oversee receipt, inspection, and inventory management at the local warehouse.
• Lead Soundbox refurbishment efforts; establish QA processes (future scope).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5-8 years in logistics, import operations, or supply chain in Indonesia.
• Hands-on Indonesian customs procedures, INSW portal, and import docs.
• Experience with cross-border shipments (India Indonesia preferred).
• Exposure to electronics, fintech hardware, or consumer devices.
• Experience in refurbishment, reverse logistics, or after-sales ops.
