Logistics Planning

📋 Description

• Create and manage second-leg STOs and outbound deliveries in SAP; update weights and measurements
• Prepare pro forma invoices and other shipment documentation for customs and payment purposes; check
• Maintain shipping forecasts and master arrival schedules, monitor open orders and deliveries
• Coordinate resolution of shipment delays, booking constraints, documentation gaps, complaints
• Coordinate daily with the third-party manufacturer, Global Supply Planning, Transportation
• Provide timely updates and pre-alert information, align around holiday schedules and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in logistics, customer logistics, order management
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP, including order, delivery, shipment, or inventory
• Experience with international shipping documentation, export processes, customs-related
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage for international market
