Logistics Specialist

📋 Description

• Handle daily inbound material flow: receiving, unpacking and putting away incoming goods; verify
• Keep stock accurate: label and place materials, record transactions in ERP, and take part in
• Create outbound shipments and help prepare shipping documentation
• Raise booking requests towards carriers
• Communicate with different teams across ICEYE
• Be a helpful contact for colleagues, suppliers and freight forwarders on logistics questions

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience working in a warehouse, logistics or goods receiving environment
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound processes
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to work with simple material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cargo dollies)
