Coordinate daily APAC import/export shipments from factories to ALO destinations.
Track shipments and resolve delays with carriers and 3PLs.
Monitor carrier and 3PL performance against service requirements.
Prepare logistics reports and shipment performance updates.
Collaborate with Planning and Ops to ensure smooth product flow.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight operations.
Experience with carriers, freight forwarders, or 3PL providers.
Familiarity with ERP and TMS systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; BI tools a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
