Long-Term Substitute ($175/day)

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver instruction aligned to grade-level standards.
• Manage classroom, monitor progress, and assess student work.
• Deliver instruction for 6–12 week assignments; may be extended.
• Collaborate with Principal, AP, Instructional Coach, and regional support.
• Create a high-expectation, structured learning environment.
• Build relationships with students and families to support learning.

🎯 Requirements

• 60 college credits and Missouri Substitute Certification.
• Passion for teaching in St. Louis.
• Dedication to helping children grow and learn.
• Bachelor’s degree with Missouri Substitute Certification (preferred).
• Experience substituting or working with youth (preferred).
• Experience in data-driven, high-performing school environments (preferred).
