Loss Prevention Associate (12-9 PM EST)

📋 Description

• Perform delinquent account collection calls, emails, or texts
• Handle inbound customer calls about collections and redemptions
• Maintain clear and descriptive notes
• Set up and process one-time payments
• Prepare delinquent accounts for post repossession
• Send notices to clients in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
• 1+ years' collections in a call center
• Auto collections experience preferred
• Prior collections work, preferably automotive industry
• Outstanding customer, communication, and organizational skills
• High integrity and strong teamwork with independence
