Loss Prevention & Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct remote customer reviews, audits, analyses, and investigations using video and operational
• Analyze customer activity and business information to uncover patterns related to loss prevention
• Gather relevant customer information from Sales, Customer Success, and internal teams to understand
• Translate analytical and investigative findings into clear, practical, actionable insights
• Identify outliers, anomalies, and emerging issues based on customer requirements and investigate
• Take full ownership of customer problems from identification through resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding and professional experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection
• General understanding of retail and restaurant operations, ideally gained through customer service
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and numerical information, recognize patterns, identify
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing responsibilities, and consistently deliver
