📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance storage systems & backend infrastructure.
• Build and improve low-level systems software for large-scale data storage and retrieval.
• Contribute to open-source projects written in Rust powering AI workflows.
• Develop features within storage architecture focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems, storage platforms, or networking infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in a low-level language; Rust experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with systems programming and designing reliable, high-performance software.
• Proven ability to independently own complex projects in a high-trust, low-process environment.
• Experience with large-scale production systems and solving infra challenges.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, asynchronous, and fully remote work.
