Loyalty Campaign Specialist (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Configure and deploy loyalty campaigns in SessionM, including earning rules, redemption mechanics
• Conduct comprehensive pre-launch testing: functionality validation, data verification, and user
• Collaborate with CRM to build and execute marketing communications (emails, automated journeys
• Track post-launch performance and technical functionality, compile regular reports
• Maintain CRM and loyalty data integrity, build customer segments, troubleshoot issues
• Identify and build automation opportunities to streamline campaign execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in CRM, loyalty marketing, or marketing operations with hands-on experience in
• Experience with ESP or marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly
• Comfortable configuring rules logic in campaign/loyalty engine UIs
• Experience with QA/testing for marketing campaigns (functional, data validation, rendering/UX
• SFMC proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio; working knowledge of
• Experience building audience segments
