LPN - Home Care

📋 Description

• Provide compassionate home health nursing to clients
• Care for adult and/or pediatric patients at home
• Build long-term client relationships
• Travel to client homes - one client at a time

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license in good standing in New Jersey
• Experience in home health care or strong interest in pediatric/adult care
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes
