LPN - Home Care Nurse

📋 Description

• Care for clients 1:1 in-home and school settings in Lower Bucks County, PA.
• Provide infant to adult pediatric/adult nursing care in clients' homes.
• Travel to assigned client locations on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Build client relationships and watch milestones with families.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; graduation evidenced by transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Ability to provide hands-on care with autonomy to manage one client per day.
• Private duty/home health experience is a plus; willingness to work in-home settings.
